Qualifications Must be 18+ : You need to be at least 18 years old to apply. Leadership Role : Have you been in a leadership position for the last 6 months or more? Full-time experience is also required. Kid-Friendly : Whether through work or volunteering, you should have at least 6 months of experience engaging with children. Customer Service Savvy : A minimum of 6 months in a customer service job is required. Preferred Experience : An aquatics background is preferred. Experience in swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, education, recreation, or other roles focused on teaching and developing others is highly valued. Willing to Travel : You should be open to visiting all Watermelon Swim locations. Certifications Needed : Get trained in CPR/First Aid within 45 days, and Lifeguarding within 90 days of starting with us. References : Submit 2 letters of reference for consideration.
