Job Description Summary MUSC/Florence, SC seeking FT Phlebotomist. Entity Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Cost Center CC001233 FLO - Lab (FMC) Pay Rate Type Hourly Pay Grade Health-20 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Duties Draws and collects blood samples from patients, verifies records and prepares specimens for laboratory analysis. May prick finger to draw blood. May conduct interviews, take vital signs, and draw and test blood samples to screen donors at blood bank. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Must have 250+ sticks for application consideration. This is a Career Ladder Position. Internal candidates are required to submit and meet Path and Lab ICCE Career Ladder requirements. External candidates are required to complete Path and Lab ICCE Career Ladder requirements within 90 days in position.
