Iron Bow Technologies is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver end-user technical support under the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) contract across sites in Virginia and nearby areas. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment, systems, and software, while guiding customers on operation and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. You will handle ticketing, asset management, imaging of devices, and remote/onsite support, including after-hours coverage, with a focus on #J-18808-Ljbffr Iron Bow Technologies
