Enhancement - Crew Leader

If you're passionate about landscaping, enjoy leading a crew, and love seeing projects through from start to finish, this is the place for you!What You'll Do :
- Lead and coordinate a crew on landscape enhancement projects: planting, garden installs, mulching, tree or debris removal, soil prep, and more!
- Train and guide crew members to ensure safe, high-quality work.
- Collaborate with Enhancement Project Managers to plan, prioritize, and resolve project challenges.
- Prepare daily schedules, load/unload equipment, and maintain tools and vehicles.
- Identify job site issues and communicate them to supervisors.
- Ensure crew members follow safety protocols.
- Valid Driver's License required .
- Experience in landscape enhancement or commercial landscape construction
- Hands-on leader with experience managing a crew
- Knowledge of plants, planting techniques, and other enhancement skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Comfortable using maps, property layouts, and smartphone apps for projects
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and operate equipment safely
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
