What You'll Do As a Call Center Representative, you'll gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of customer and financial services responsibilities, including: Answer incoming calls and assist members in a professional, timely, and friendly manner Resolve member needs with a goal of first‑call resolution Support requests related to: Account balances, transfers, and payments Debit and credit card support, including fraud assistance Mobile and online banking platforms Loan and deposit product inquiries (including CDs) Respond to member requests through email and secure messaging Perform account maintenance and research as needed Review required documentation for new accounts Support fellow call center team members via phone, email, and chat Assist with escalations, overrides, and reversal requests Participate in quality review processes and daily reporting tasks Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with your team Take on additional responsibilities as assigned—a great exposure for growth!
