Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record in sales and new-business development. If you are passionate about building and maintaining a profitable book of business, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package

Base Salary: $70,000+
Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients

Qualifications/Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred)
Background in either an independent agency or captive environment
Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
