Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Location: West Los Angeles / Westside “This role serves clients throughout the West Los Angeles / Westside within a 25-mile radius of 90025 (West LA / Brentwood).” Job Summary: At Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in West Los Angeles, CA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to children with ASD and related conditions in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for clients Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments to continuously improve client outcomes Requirements: MASTERS degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) certification No years of experience required (entry-level candidates welcome to apply!)
