Job Description Additional Information About the Role BJC is hiring for a Business Analyst. This is an onsite position. We are looking for applicants with a data analysis/financial analysis background. Strong experience in excel and tableau is required. Facilities Engineering maintains 6 million square feet of facilities dedicated to clinical and academic functions. Facilities Engineering is comprised of 150 professionals, including engineers, MEP mechanics, building finishes and support staff. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of BJC-wide projects. Analyze data, produce reports, and manage issue tracking and status reporting to support healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements. Work alongside project managers in areas such as Clinical Adoption, Health Information Management, Revenue Management, Information Systems, and Finance to assist in the development and execution of integrated projects across BJC Healthcare. Manage complex databases and supervise report generation. Create meaningful metrics for key system functionality, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, conduct user needs assessments, ensure compliance and manage usage related processes. Produce presentations, spreadsheets and other documents. Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and monitor changes. Use SQL and other analytical technologies to collect and manage data providing in-depth analysis needed to support business operations and meet operational and strategic goals. Collect data around projects and services in area of expertise, and suggest improvements or enhancements of current services. Research best practices for clinical and workflow practices. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree. 2‑5 years of relevant experience. Preferred Requirements Licenses & Certifications: RHIA / RHIT.
