Charge Nurse - ED Observation - Days
BayCare Health System is currently seeking a RN - Charge Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate ED Observation unit at St. Joseph's South which has an outstanding reputation for superior, patient-centered care. Position Description: RN - Charge Nurse
- The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team
- Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information
- The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS
- 2 years RN acute care experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Preferred:
- 1 year Leadership experience
- Nurse Specialty
Location: Riverview
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45AM - 7:15PM
Shift: Days
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No
