Position Overview Position at a Glance: Work Location: 4372 U.S. Route 6, Kane, PA 16735. Status: Full‑time. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship. Compensation package includes a productivity incentive, sign‑on bonus, CME days and stipend, relocation benefit, PSLF eligibility, and employer‑paid malpractice insurance. Responsibilities Develop and grow the ENT service line at UPMC Kane, serving as the primary otolaryngology provider with full hospital support. Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. Perform a variety of ENT surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, with opportunities to expand service offerings. Partner with primary care, audiology, speech therapy, and other specialists to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care. Utilize EPIC EMR for seamless documentation and communication. Operate as the sole ENT specialist, building and shaping the ENT service line while supported by a team of experienced healthcare professionals. Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology. American Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.
