Patient Access Rep

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Patient Access Representative I - Scheduling will manage patient registration, schedule appointments based on physician protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Register new patients by obtaining demographics, insurance information, and referral sources Handle scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Required Qualifications: High school graduate 1 or more years of experience in a healthcare environment Experience in registration, scheduling, or healthcare benefits is helpful Working knowledge of a Windows-based computer environment Strong typing skills
