Dental Front Office - Patient Care Coordinator | $20-$25/hr | Colorado Springs

At Simply Kids Dental, we believe a child's first dental experience can shape how they feel about their health for a lifetime. That experience starts with the first phone call, and that's where you come in.

We're looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to own our schedule and phones. You already know how to keep a dental schedule full and running smoothly. You can turn a first-time caller into a booked new patient and answer a parent's insurance question without three trips to hold. Your warmth, consistency, and pride in doing things right are why families choose us and keep coming back.

The quick facts

• $20-$25/hour, depending on experience

• Paid time off and dental benefits
• Required: 2+ years of dental front office experience
• Strongly preferred: Eaglesoft, insurance verification, and Colorado Medicaid experience
• Pediatric experience is a plus. We'll teach you the kid part.

• Supporting families through financial and insurance conversations
• Collaborating with our clinical team to create seamless visits, start to finish
