Web Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze website and eCommerce performance using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key business metrics.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor and report on web analytics KPIs, user engagement, conversion rates, and digital performance.
- Partner with business, product, and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and support ongoing web analytics implementation and reporting enhancements.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Web Analytics or Digital Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics.
- Strong experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytical insights.
- Solid understanding of Web Analytics KPIs, website optimization, and eCommerce/product performance metrics.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey analytics.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
