Verovian Healthcare Recruitment Agency seeks a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA ) to join the dynamic healthcare team in Rochester, New York .

As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing safe, patient-centered anesthesia care in a variety of clinical settings. You will collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job specification

Administer anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures.
Monitor patients' vital signs throughout procedures and adjust anesthetic levels as needed.
Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthetic care plans.
Work closely with the surgical and medical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide post-anesthesia care and assess recovery.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of anesthetic care.
Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures and recovery.

Candidate requirements

Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a current New York license.

Master's degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in anesthesia care.

Strong knowledge of anesthetic techniques and procedures.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions in critical situations.

BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
