Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mental Health Therapist role located in the Minnesota Metroplex. The therapist will provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based and holistic approaches aligned with functional health principles. Daily responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating care with other Curis practitioners such as nutritionists, chiropractors, and other allied health professionals. The therapist will facilitate interventions that support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and mind–body integration, while monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as needed. The role may also involve participating in case consultations, contributing to program development, and engaging in ongoing professional education to remain current with best practices. Qualifications Clinical skills in psychotherapy, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions. Experience or strong interest in integrative and holistic approaches to mental health, including mind–body modalities and psychosomatic wellness. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team (e.g., nutrition, chiropractic, yoga, meditation, massage, dentistry) to coordinate patient care. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and support continuity of care. Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field; active or eligible licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) in the state of Minnesota. Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory, trauma-informed practice and culturally responsive care. Experience in outpatient or integrative care settings is beneficial; training in modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or somatic therapies is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
