Job Summary The Restaurant Lead is responsible primarily for taking the guest's food and/or beverage orders and delivering them to their table, as well as supervising other servers. This person must have exceptional communication skills and superior guest service abilities. This is a fast‑paced position with constant customer interaction. Prior serving experience preferred. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Ability to solve problems and diffuse tense situations. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of safety and security procedures. The hourly rate is $23.00.
