Front End Lead: Elevate Member Experience & Team Growth
BJ's Wholesale Club
BJ’s Wholesale Club in New Albany, MS seeks a Front End Lead to oversee frontline operations in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach, teach and develop team members to deliver excellent member service while aligning with club standards.
You’ll drive membership metrics, train cashiers, manage customer flow and ensure accurate checkout processes. A background in leadership and membership or sales knowledge helps you lead with urgency and care for members.
