LLM Trainer (Python + Medical Coding) - USA ONLY

We are looking for U.S.-based taskers to help train and evaluate Large Language Models. This role requires a unique combination of Python programming skills and a background in Medical Coding to ensure AI models can accurately handle healthcare-related data and logic.

### ** Location Requirement**

* **Must be currently residing in the United States.** (Proof of residency/work authorization may be required during the onboarding process).

### ** The Role**

* **Evaluate & Rank:** Review Python code generated by AI for accuracy and efficiency.
* **Create Data:** Write high-quality prompts and code solutions involving ICD-10, CPT, and other medical coding standards.
* **Refine Logic:** Help the model understand complex medical documentation through RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).

* **Experience:** 1–3 years of Python development.
* **Niche Knowledge:** Foundational understanding of Medical Coding.
* **Language:** Native or professional-level English.
