Maintenance Technician

Randstad is currenlty working with Food & Beverage Manufacturing company in Dixon, IL that is hiring Maintenance Technicians at their facility. This is a Full-Time Permanent position with our client. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 - 5 years of experience of performingindustrial maintenance in a manufacturing or food manufacturing environment. Experience working with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical equipment. Mechanical Aptitude Good attendance and work history Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. salary: $66,500 - $67,100 per year shift: Second work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM education: High School Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems. Install, set up, and maintain equipment following blueprints, sketches, verbal instructions, or written work orders with minimal supervision. Operate and maintain machine shop equipment; perform welding, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and pump repairs as needed. Respond efficiently and calmly to emergency downtime situations to minimize production delays. Follow and comply with all lockout/tagout procedures and safety regulations Maintain legible and accurate maintenance records.
