Order Entry Specialist
$18 - $20 per hourFlexaust
Job Title Enter and process customer orders received through online portals. Review orders for accuracy, including pricing and product details. Match confirmations to original orders to ensure accuracy. Process changes, quotes, return authorizations, and cost requests. Maintain and update open order files. Monitor order progress and shipment timing. Assist with expediting or tracking orders when needed. Follow up on quotes and sample orders. Support the team with additional tasks as needed. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and data entry skills. Comfortable working in computer systems and order portals. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks. Reliable with consistent attendance. Solid written communication skills. Previous order entry or administrative experience is a plus. Salary Description $18.00-$20.00 Per Hr
