Implementation Consultant (Commercial)

We lead the onboarding experience for companies adopting Brex Empower, helping them shift from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach It’s a role that blends customer empathy, project management, technical expertise, process design, and change management We take personal ownership of our customers’ long-term success, and we set customers up thoroughly so they can be with ‘Brex for life’ As strategic advisors, we build trust, drive solutions with tenacity, deliver results fast, and work cross-functionally to make adoption seamless for customers The Implementation Consultant I role on the Commercial team supports our small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey, helping them get up and running on Brex with guidance and structured support As an initiator on the team, you’ll develop your product knowledge, sharpen your project management skills, and build the foundation for a career in implementation consulting Organize and facilitate customer meetings by managing agendas, capturing notes, tracking action items, and setting clear expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle Support customers in understanding their business needs and configuring Brex to address them, translating basic requirements into product configurations with guidance Manage straightforward stakeholder communication and assist with timelines and deliverables to keep implementations on track Assist with spend migrations and support end user adoption during deployment, helping customers feel confident and prepared for go-live Introduce integration concepts to customers, provide relevant guides for connecting Brex with external systems, and engage Technical Consultants for more complex integration or troubleshooting needs Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM, providing basic documentation to ensure continuity of the client relationship Deliver standard change management templates to customers in preparation for go-live, and lead training sessions with supervision as needed Collaborate within the Implementation team and contribute feedback on the client experience when asked, supporting process improvements over time Benefits Medical, dental & vision Generous vacation Spring Health & Calm Year-end company shutdown Milk Stork for nursing parents In-office days, lunches & offsites Commuter benefits 4 fully remote weeks Carrot Fertility benefits Generous parental leave Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency in driving tasks to completion2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS organization or a consulting firm that delivers SaaS servicesComfort working across technical and non-technical workstreams with guidanceCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issuesStrong communication skills, both with customers and internal stakeholdersSome exposure to project coordination or structured implementation workExperience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP softwareFamiliarity with any of the following domains: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Expense Management, Travel, Procurement, or Corporate Card programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Brex
