The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a strategic vision that includes expanding advisor headcount, increasing revenue, and enhancing client engagement. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Financial Planning include leading and executing a comprehensive sales and growth strategy, establishing performance metrics and sales expectations, driving recruiting efforts, overseeing onboarding programs, and providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to the advisory team. The role also involves ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the development of a high-performing advisory team. Applicants for the Vice President of Financial Planning position at the company must hold FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses, as well as a Life, Accident & Health Insurance License. A strong leadership background within financial services, wealth management, or investment programs is essential, along with a proven ability to drive sales growth and develop high-performing teams. The role requires strong analytical, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems. The Vice President will also be expected to monitor KPIs, sales performance, and production analytics to inform executive decision-making, and to partner cross-functionally with retail banking, marketing, and leadership teams to drive referrals and enhance the client experience.
