Paula LeDuc Fine Catering and Events is seeking an Experienced Cook. Professionalism, positive attitude, keen sense of urgency, and attention to detail are keys to our fast paced, diverse, and ever-changing culinary program.

Duties of position:

• Possess experience with a wide range of culinary skills and techniques.
• Strong knife skills.
• Basic butchery, sauce and vegetable cooking skills.
• Proper food handling techniques.

Qualifications:

• Well-rounded food knowledge in a variety of cuisines.
• Ability to coordinate several activities with multiple components requiring independent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with management and staff at all levels.
• Ability to lead fellow cooks and support sous chefs.
