COMPENSATION: $31.60-$33.79/hour based on previous experience. Plus 3 dollar/hour differential for winter season between November 9th 2026 to May 31, 2027. Gross $6,089-$6,475/month including differential.

Seasonal Bonus: Employee will receive a bonus of $8,000 USD after May 31, 2027 should employee meet the minimum standards set by Stadium Medical. Those standards are:

1. Employee will work the total of a Full Time equivalent shift for the seasonal role between November 9th, 2026 and May 31, 2027. An employee who starts work not on November 9th 2026, will receive a retrograded bonus structure, calculated from date of first shift to May 31, 2027.

2. Employee will not receive any Written form of corrective action outlined in Stadium Medicals SOP's. A written form of corrective action will result in the loss of end of season Bonus, but not the 3 dollar seasonal differential.

3. Employee is only allowed to take a leave of absence, unless the LOA is call to return or deploy to active military duty; any other form of LOA will result in the loss of end of season bonus, but not the 3 dollar seasonal differential.

SCHEDULE: Front Half and Back Half 36/48 alternating Wednesday's. 0600-1800, 1400-0200 and 1800-0600 options available.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Commute from our OHQ in Lakewood, Colorado to Summit County to provide basic, and advanced life support across a wide range of patient dispositions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and compassionate care, ensuring patients, families, and partners feel supported throughout the transport experience.
• Respond to high transport volumes from St Anthony Summit Medical Center and ski area Emergency and Urgent Care Centers in Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper. We are an all encompassing service, including both short local transports and long-distance transfers to Denver.
• Collaborate with our partners at CommonSpirit Health, and local fire agencies, helping strengthen patient care pathways and team integration.
• Work in dynamic mountain conditionswhere weather, altitude, and unpredictable environments demand adaptability and skill.

MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years of full-time equivalent paramedic experience required. Current State of Colorado Paramedic Certification. Current Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record and annual driving record check. EVOC certificate provided in-house, ACLS Required, PALS preferred. Post offer, pre-employment drug screen required. Must have proven experience driving in winter, mountain conditions. ICS certifications preferred. Technical aptitude required.
