Job Description The Assistant Teacher is responsible for the supervision and care of a class of Infants (12 months - 24 months age) in accord with the goals and curriculum plan of Anchor Academy. The principal duties of the Infant Teacher include conducting focused observations of children, developing action plans, carrying out activities on a daily basis and evaluating the effectiveness of child development activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, maintaining regular communication with parents, and contributing to the effective operation of the overall early care and education center. The Infant Teacher reports to the Center Director and Assistant Director. Qualifications High School Diploma High energy!
