Job Description
Surgical Tech - Surgical Services

Schedule

12H Rotating (Day/Evening), Weekend rotation every 6 weeks as needed, Holiday requirement 1 summer/winter as needed.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• Active state license
• Experience with EPIC and ACLS certification
• Strong background in ortho, spine, and robotics
• CNOR certification preferred
• MUST SCRUB AND CIRCULATE

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures
• Assist during surgical operations, ensuring the necessary instruments and supplies are available
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Follow protocols for sterilization and infection control
• Participate in orientation and training sessions
• Adhere to all facility policies and regulations

Compliance / Notes

Must have at least 6 months separated from the previous facility to be considered. Orientation is required.
