Summary The Host is a refined, engaging, and impeccably presented ambassador who greets and orients clients at the flagship boutique in New York. This on-site role cultivates a warm, welcoming, and sophisticated environment, sets the tone upon arrival, and supports a seamless luxury client experience. The Host also assists with clienteling initiatives, boutique presentation, and special events. Responsibilities Welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating a positive first impression. Discreetly ascertain visit purpose and direct clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors. Provide anticipatory service and personalized assistance, including curated boutique tours and recommendations. Develop and maintain knowledge of collections, services, and spa offerings. Utilize boutique technology and client management systems to support visits. Manage boutique traffic and maintain an orderly, inviting atmosphere. Support special events and clienteling initiatives and help maintain presentation standards. Requirements 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a polished demeanor. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless service. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with composure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
