Assistant General Manager – High-Volume Casual Dining

What You'll Do

Drive daily operations, P&L management, and financial accountability
Build and mentor high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Champion guest satisfaction and consistent service quality standards
Oversee food safety, inventory control, and supplier management
Implement marketing initiatives and operational improvement projects

What We're Looking For

Three-plus years restaurant management or supervisory experience required
Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced dining operations
Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
Natural leader with excellent communication and coaching abilities
ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain immediately
