Guest Services Coordinator
City of Merriam
Description This position supports the City of Merriam's mission by managing daily customer service activities at the community center, supporting internal and external customers with inquiries, facility amenities, membership sales, and program registration ensuring alignment with the City's values. This role also provides clerical, secretarial and administrative support to the Director, Assistant Director, and other department staff as needed. Requirements Job Requirements
- Must be available Monday though Thursday 12:45pm to 9pm and Friday 11:45am to 8pm
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of administrative support work experience and six months of customer service
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
