Speech Therapist

Role The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, communication, cognition, hearing, and dysphagia disorders using evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities Develops comprehensive rehabilitation plans, supports patient independence by connecting with community resources, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and aligns treatment with discharge goals. Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring compassionate, individualized care and performs additional duties as needed to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology, eligible for or holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence, with 1-3 years of experience or clinical fellowship eligibility.
