Heart Institute of Brownsville is seeking an experienced and dependable (MEDICAL OFFICE) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Multitask and prioritize daily duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
We are a growing medical office with a dedicated team committed to providing patients with the best possible experience. We’re looking for individuals who are organized, friendly, and eager to grow with us.
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (on rotation)
- Sunday: Closed
