You speak with customers about the issues they're having and inspect the vehicles to help identify the problem. Attentively, you schedule service appointments and create clear repair orders for our techs. You also generate cost estimates for the parts and labor and explain the pricing to the customer. When the vehicle is ready for pick up, or if any problems arise, you promptly let the customer know.
