We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Day Shift to provide high-quality compassionate care to our patients.

What Youll Do

As a Day Shift RN/LPN you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive attentive safe and compassionate care throughout the day.

Provide nursing care in accordance with each patients individualized care plan.
Monitor patients and report changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within your scope of practice.
Communicate important updates with physicians families and the interdisciplinary care team.
Support and collaborate with the nursing team to provide quality patient care.
Respond to patient needs and help maintain a safe comfortable environment.
Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Current Tennessee RN or LPN license
Strong communication and clinical judgment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Compassion for serving the geriatric population
