Production Associate

Our client in Louisville is looking for Production Associates to join their team! Responsibilities include following standard operating procedures to produce orders, communicating any delays or issues impacting order completion, maintaining quality standards during production, ensuring orders are accurate in quantities, placement, and garment types, keeping daily production records, suggesting process improvements and participating in efficiency evaluations, following preventative maintenance procedures, preparing inventory and applying backing/topping as needed, selecting the correct products, sizes, thread colors, and embroidery files, personalizing products according to order specifications, and packaging and shipping orders.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative, attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and schedule: $15-17 M-F 8am to 5pm.
