The posted compensation range of $63.47 - $94.41 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As an Educator, you will be a vital contributor to the planning, coordination, and delivery of essential healthcare-related educational and training programs. Every day you will actively assist in scheduling and conducting diverse healthcare training programs. You will also provide direct coordination and/or instruction in various educational initiatives, ensuring effective learning experiences for all participants. To be successful in this role, you will combine strong organizational and presentation skills with a deep understanding of healthcare education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively engage and train diverse groups of healthcare professionals and staff.

• Ensures a professional and responsive atmosphere by greeting patients, visitors, staff, and physicians promptly and courteously. Refers to each individual by name when appropriate.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the hospital's environment of Care plans and programs. Responds appropriately to all safety and emergency signals and notifications.
• Demonstrates knowledge of State and Federal Regulations and JCAHO guidelines.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to the customer's learning history and needs
• Identifies barriers to learning and makes appropriate and sensitive adjustments accordingly.
• Completes and documents a lesson plan based on assessments, focusing on all domains of learning. Performs ongoing assessment as indicated.

Required:

• Five (5) years recent related experience in the clinical area
• Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and

Preferred:

• Bachelors Other Education, Nursing or related field and Education or instructor experience in the clinical area, upon hire and
• Masters Of Science Nursing, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support Instructor, upon hire or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire
