Your future role at a glance Location : Milwaukee, Wisconsin Facility : Ascension Columbia St Mary's Hospital Department : Ascension Travel Program & Interim Leadership Schedule : Full Time Gross Rate up to $8,188 per week#ATP #LI-AM2 How you'll make an impact in this role Formulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership. Participate in development of the organization's vision, policies and short- and long-term objectives. Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions. Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
