Residential Services Manager for Disability Care

Challenge Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Residential Site Manager in Collinsville, IL. You will oversee housing programs that support people with disabilities to live independently in a home-like setting. You will supervise 8–12 staff, coordinate care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and documentation.
