Pediatric Or RnSchedule: 12-hour day shiftRequirements:Minimum RN experience: 2 yearsRequired certifications: ACLS, BLS; PALS recommendedExperience in pediatric OR (scrub and circulate)EMR: EpicPatient ratio experience: 1:1Skills in blood/blood product administration, infection control, specimen handling/labeling, and universal protocol (time-out)Roles & Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care to patients in the pediatric operating room.Assist in both scrub and circulating roles during surgical procedures.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Monitor and assess patient conditions pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.Compliance / Notes:Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)No request for time off allowed during the first week of assignmentMax 7 days of RTO without manager approval; all RTO must be finalized at the time of submissionClient Details:City: Saint LouisState: MOTLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
