Job Details

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading field crews and overseeing electrical installation on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage electrical crews of 5+ field employees
• Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, and production
• Ensure electrical installations meet project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
• Maintain project schedules and productivity expectations
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Monitor workmanship and quality throughout installation
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving
• Mentor and develop electricians and field personnel

What We're Looking For:

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
• Experience leading electrical crews of 5+ employees
• Strong background in large-scale electrical construction
• Experience with multifamily, commercial, data center, and/or hospitals/healthcare projects
• Healthcare and/or data center project experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
• Proven field leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 preferred; opportunity to obtain after joining
• Stable employment history preferred
• Motivated, collaborative, growth-oriented leadership style
