Maintenance Supervisor Second Shift

RAM Partners, LLC, is a full-service real estate management company that manages more than 80,000 apartments throughout the United States. We specialize in multi-family community management for a variety of third-party owners. We are a service-oriented, hands‑on company. Compensation: $34 to $36 per hour + on‑call bonus. Overview The Clarke at Kendall Town is looking for a maintenance supervisor to help guide in maintaining the integrity of our property. Competitive compensation includes bonuses outlined by the property commission structure. Perform inspections of the property and address any maintenance needs. Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team. Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner. Preventative maintenance. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
