IT Applications Manager | Permanent | On-Site | No Sponsorship Available ABOUT OUR CLIENT * Leading manufacturing organization with a strong focus on operational excellence and innovation * Stable, established company offering long-term career growth opportunities * Collaborative culture that values technical expertise and continuous improvement * Invested in enterprise technology stack including modern ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms BENEFITS & COMPENSATION * Compensation: Up to $150,000 per year + profit sharing * PTO: Competitive paid time off and holiday schedule * Retirement: 401(k) with company match * Medical: Health, vision, and dental plans available for individuals and families * Additional: FSA, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, tuition reimbursement RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT APPLICATIONS MANAGER * Lead and deliver IT projects focused on enterprise applications, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals * Manage and mentor a team of systems analysts, business analysts, and application developers * Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions * Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and stakeholder communications * Maintain and enhance enterprise software systems supporting manufacturing operations * Research and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE IT APPLICATIONS MANAGER * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field * 10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems, preferably in manufacturing environments * Proven track record leading technical teams and managing complex projects * Experience with tier-1 ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar), CRM systems, and business intelligence tools * Strong understanding of SQL, data analytics, and modern integration platforms * Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders Timing is everything.
