Responsibilities

Meet with individuals and families in our Hampton office to discuss their long-term financial security.

Analyze current needs and offer honest, clear advice on life and health insurance options.

Maintain accurate client files and documentation according to state and company standards.

Follow up with existing clients to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.

Foster a welcoming atmosphere for every person who walks through our doors.

Attend community events to build awareness and represent The Atlantic District in the Hampton area.

Requirements

Current Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.

Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone.

Strong proficiency with computer systems and digital documentation.

A proactive attitude toward solving complex problems for clients.

Understanding of core insurance products and how they provide security for families.
