Design Engineer

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required).
- 3-7+ years of relevant experience; new graduates will not be considered.
- 3d modeling experience (CREO preferred)
- Proficiency in FEA, EM and thermal analysis, CFD, and rotating component design.
- Familiarity with electric motor manufacturing processes (e.g., brazing, coil forming), PPAPs, PFMEAs, and PCNs.
- Strong command of GD&T and tolerance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
- One 30-minute virtual interview via Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and two team leads.
- Informal format focused on background, technical skills, and team fit.
