Now Hiring: Activities Assistant
Complete Care is looking for an energetic, fun-loving Activities Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy connecting with people, creating meaningful experiences, and bringing smiles to residents, we'd love to meet you.
Part-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Every Other Weekend Required
What You'll Do
- Plan and assist with scheduled activities and programs
- Engage residents and encourage participation
- Monitor residents during activities and communicate concerns to nursing staff
- Maintain activity attendance calendars
- Help decorate the facility for holidays and special events
- Support the Activities Director and Administrator with additional duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
- Energetic personality and ability to keep up in a busy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and bend, push, and pull
- Every other weekend availability required
