Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring thorough assessments and evaluations are conducted at the onset. \n
- Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse groups, including families, couples, and individuals, utilizing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to integrate treatment strategies, aiming for the best outcomes in client care. \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain current with the latest mental health research and practices. \n
The clients you will serve include individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may have limited access to mental health resources. Many of our patients face various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma history, and relationship challenges. Your role will be crucial in providing compassionate and effective mental health support to those who seek guidance and assistance.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential, preferably in a mental health setting. \n
- A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds. \n
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team. \n
- Familiarity with EMR software and related technologies is preferred. \n

- Specializations in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care are highly desirable. \n

- Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload. \n
