7a-3p PRN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with skilled nursing experience to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. As a CNA with our per diem team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff
