We're seeking a Financial Advisor who wants to focus on planning, client relationships, and meaningful impact instead of prospecting and production goals.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning
• Guide clients on retirement, investment, estate, tax, and insurance strategies
• Participate in portfolio reviews and investment committee discussions
• Collaborate with a highly experienced advisory team

Qualifications

Required:

• Series 65 or 66
• Wisconsin Life & Health License
• FINRA registration
• 3+ years of client-facing advisory experience
• Strong relationship management and communication skills

Preferred:

• CFP® designation or candidate
• CFA®, EA, or similar advanced credential
• RIA experience
• Charles Schwab platform experience

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• $115,000-$125,000 base salary
• Annual incentive plan
