Job Description
Always lending a helping hand with a smile. As a Bellperson, your passion for the property, and your respect for our guests' belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcomed as soon as they arrive.
- Timely delivery of guests' luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the property
- Ensure that all long-term Guest luggage is stored correctly and logged in the correct manner
- Personalize guests' orientation of their room in a professional, friendly and engaging way
- Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
- Be aware of all functions that are taking place in the hotel and to direct guests to the correct destination
- Delivery of guest amenities i.e. rollaway beds, microwaves, refrigerators etc.
- Other duties as assigned

- Proficient in English (verbal & written).
- Prior experience in customer service an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
