Position Overview

We are seeking a talented freelance Digital Designer to create compelling, high-performing creative across a digital ecosystem. This part-time role supports marketing, e-commerce, and customer engagement initiatives through polished visual design that is both visually aligned and conversion-minded.

The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual design skills with a practical understanding of digital production, user experience, and campaign performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn business objectives into cohesive creative across customer-facing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital assets for e-commerce, email, social media, paid advertising, web, and other marketing channels.
• Translate campaign briefs, seasonal stories, and product launches into clear, visually compelling creative concepts.
• Design landing-page components, promotional modules, website graphics, and customer journey touchpoints.
• Develop email layouts, CRM templates, social content, and paid-media variations optimized for multiple formats.
• Maintain visual consistency across digital assets while thoughtfully evolving visual expression.
• Prepare production-ready files, organize design assets, and ensure deliverables meet channel specifications.
• Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and development teams to ensure designs are feasible, accurate, and implemented as intended.
• Use campaign feedback and performance insights to refine creative approaches and improve engagement.
• Support the development of reusable design templates, toolkits, and lightweight systems that improve team efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional digital design experience in-house, at an agency, or within a consumer-facing brand.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong digital marketing, e-commerce, social, web, and brand design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience designing responsive digital experiences and adapting creative across desktop, mobile, and platform-specific formats.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and image selection.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, email design, social-platform requirements, and e-commerce best practices.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively, communicate design rationale clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Motion design, video editing, or basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
