Founding Recruiter (Onsite – New York City)We're partnering with several fast-growing startups in NYC looking for their first in-house recruiter — someone excited to help build teams from the ground up and shape how recruiting is done as the company scales.This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who loves working directly with founders, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to see their work translate into real company growth. We're also open to agency recruiters who are ready to transition in house — if you've been curious about joining a startup, this is your chance to step into a founding role where you'll have ownership, visibility, and tons of runway to grow.What you'll do:Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to design and execute hiring strategies across key functionsBuild the recruiting engine from scratch — process, tooling, metrics, and candidate experienceExperiment with sourcing, outreach, and branding approaches that reflect each company's personalityEmbrace recruiting tools and AI-driven workflows to work smarter, faster, and with better insightTrack and report on pipeline metrics to help the team make data-informed decisionsWho you are:You've recruited for high-caliber talent in tech, startup, or agency settingsYou're tech-savvy, not afraid of new tools or AI — in fact, you're excited to lean in and use them to become even better at what you doYou love experimenting, measuring what works, and iterating quicklyYou're energized by being onsite, collaborating with founders and teammates every dayYou're organized, resourceful, and thrive when building something from zero to oneLocation: Onsite in New York City (multiple openings with early-stage clients)If you're passionate about helping visionary teams scale — and want to be part of the early chapters of something ambitious — we'd love to meet you.
